A person cannot love another more than one loves
oneself. This session will give the spiritual truths for the foundation of
a healthy self-love based on our position in Christ. From these
foundations will be drawn practical applications as to the meaning of
self-love.

HOW TO TRUST AFTER
BEING BURNED

When we are hurt, we become distrustful. Yet, we must
maintain trust to have a positive relationship. The way to restore trust
is through faith in God and dealing with all bitterness.

LOVE WHAT IS IT?

Love is an action, not an emotion. The meaning of
love will be described by using I Corinthians l3:4-7 to illustrate the
behavior of love.

COPING WITH
LONELINESS

Loneliness is not having anyone to share the
meaningful joys and sorrows of life. To deal with loneliness, we must
know how and where to find true friends.

SEX AND THE SINGLE

This is a presentation of God's purpose for sex, the
definition of valid sex, and the consequences of defective sex. A valid
alternate means of fulfilling the sex drive will be presented.

THE BATTLE BETWEEN THE
SEXES

This unit will give a better understanding of the
differences between male and female. This understanding is necessary for
them to complement one another.

SOLO PARENTING

The purpose of this session is to enable the single
parent to be more effective by understanding the feelings of the child, to
become a worthy parent, and find ways to meet the needs of the child.

PREPARING FOR "RE"
MARRIAGE

This is a study of the Biblical truths about divorce
and remarriage. The practical problems that need to be resolved to effect
a good marriage will be discussed.

I'M IMPROVING

The purpose of the closing session will be to give
encouragement. None of us are perfect, but improvement offers hope.
Growth is what God desires for all His children.
